I walk the paths my grandfather once walked—not just with tools in hand, but with purpose in heart. We believe we are caretakers of this world, responsible for leaving it better for those who follow. Our work happens where life unfolds— in quiet corners and open spaces where stories are written every day. Guided by fine craftsmanship and building science, we shape projects that balance character, beauty, and function.
Recognized among the Top 500 Qualified Remodelers and ranked in the top 3% of contractors, we hold certifications from GAF to VSI. Our skilled, disciplined teams work with precision, drawing inspiration from Toyota and Silicon Valley—modern reflections of the lessons my grandfather taught me.
But enough about us. What matters most is you—and the journey we take together. How can we help bring your vision to life?

For me, oversight is more than a responsibility—it’s a promise. Every decision we make, from the first stone laid in a hardscape to the strategy behind our latest marketing initiative, is guided by a single principle: the customer is at the center. It’s not enough to complete a project; I want every interaction, every detail, every moment to elevate your experience.
I’ve always believed that true craftsmanship isn’t just about building—it’s about creating experiences. That means strategically blending the latest methodologies with hands-on expertise, whether we’re designing a backyard oasis, installing a patio, or shaping the story of our brand. Every element is intentional, every choice purposeful, and every step is guided by a desire to create something exceptional.
My journey has taken me far and wide, shaping the way I lead and think about building. I founded and operated one of the largest colleges in Kabul, Afghanistan, fostering education and community on a grand scale. Later, I ran a hardscape business in Toronto, perfecting the craft of creating outdoor spaces that transform the way people live. These experiences taught me the power of vision, discipline, and putting people first—principles I bring to ElevationBuild every single day.
Yet, my life outside the office is just as important. I love spending time with my three incredible kids, whether we’re gliding across the ice skating rink or sharing quiet moments at home. Their laughter and curiosity remind me why every decision, every project, is worth pursuing with excellence and care.
Three amazing facts about me:
YEARS PROJECT
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
YEARS CUSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT
YEARS OPERATION MANAGEMENT
As a proud military veteran, I’ve spent over 20 years serving in government contracting, project management, and facility management. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of leading projects ranging from small residential improvements to large-scale contracts exceeding $25 million. But titles, budgets, and square footage only tell part of the story. At my core, I am a father, a brother, and an active member of my community—a man committed to leaving this world better for the next generation.
My passion happens to be building. Fine craftsmanship and building science are at the heart of what I do. I take pride in creating spaces that are not only beautiful and functional, but also thoughtful, energy-conscious, and sustainable wherever possible. From full-scale residential transformations to backyard retreats, or simply enhancing efficiency and character in your home, every project I take on reflects the needs, personalities, and dreams of the families it serves.
The lessons I carry from my military service—discipline, integrity, and innovation—inform every step of my work in construction management. I approach projects collaboratively, listening first, understanding your vision, and then designing and building solutions that truly fit your function, style, and budget. Every nail, every beam, every decision is intentional, guided by both skill and heart.
For me, building is more than structures—it’s about creating environments where life happens, memories are made, and families thrive. That’s why every project, no matter the scale, is a commitment to excellence, purpose, and lasting impact.

For Max, every day starts with the same pull—the chance to turn raw wood and open space into something that feels finished, intentional, and alive. Painting on a canvas built from wooden frames isn’t just work; it’s the craft that gets him out of bed each morning.
He leads a team of installers known for precision and pride—true craftsmen who believe sharp tools matter, both in hand and in mindset. No shortcuts. No dull edges. Every project is approached with the same care as the first one they ever took on.
Max believes a job isn’t complete when the contract is signed—it’s complete when the final nail is set and the homeowner steps back, surprised by how different their space feels. Expectations don’t end on paper, and neither does the effort.
There are no rigid job titles on his sites—only a shared commitment to do whatever it takes to make clients fall in love with their homes again. Transformation is the goal, and exceeding expectations is the standard.
“We don’t leave the job site until you’re fully satisfied with our work.”
