DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR
The Nguyen family stood at a crossroads: tear it down or reimagine what was already theirs. They chose possibility. We stripped away the tired aluminum siding and wrapped the home in insulated siding for comfort it had never known. A rich two-tone palette, shake accents, and bold Craftsman trim gave it new character. Drafty wood windows were replaced with sleek, energy-efficient glass—and upstairs, two windows became four, creating perfect symmetry. The final touch: a rebuilt porch with durable trim and a stunning grand entrance. Not a demolition. A reinvention.

When we met the Bailey family, we knew this wasn’t just another exterior project—it was a 20-year dream waiting to happen. After raising five kids in their home, they were finally ready to check off the wish list: a grand porch, new windows, architectural roofing, and most of all—character. We started by building a statement front porch, crowned with a bold gable and framed by clean, contemporary columns. Stretching 60 feet wide and 8 feet deep, it became more than an entrance—it became living space. Then we broke up the home’s boxy look with two new gables and dormers, adding depth, dimension, and cedar shingle accents. The old aluminum siding came down, replaced with insulated siding for comfort and efficiency. Overhead, a Timberline HD architectural roof completed the transformation. What was once simple and square is now layered, welcoming, and full of life—just like the family inside.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR
When we met the Nelson family we knew that we would make a work of art. The home was located in a beautiful community and was unlike some of our other projects, it was already remodeled and beautifull we just needed to add some elements of architecture. We first started off by picking a beautiful stone to veneer the first level of the home. Once we got the the main entrance we had to pour concrete to hold the weight of the 2 level exterior foyer we would create. Once the joist and ply were nailed in we began with veneering it. Once completed, we began the build out of a overhang over the door and metal roofed it. The trim around the windows and boards (freeze, fascia and trim) were color matched with the door. Then we moved along to installing the windows above the overhang where we created a cut out to add more light. When we built up the stairs we decided to use cedar wood construction. The exterior lights where the finishing touches on the stone columns and in both levels of overhang. We are proud to present to you the Nelson Residence.

When we met the Daniels family, most of the big upgrades were already done—windows, doors, siding, roof. So the question wasn’t what to replace… it was what to create. The answer: an L-shaped porch that completely redefined their home. We removed the old stairs and engineered a reinforced deck with steel beam anchors to support the new structure. Wrapped in low-maintenance synthetic decking and supported by stately columns, the porch extended their living space without sacrificing the home’s original charm. To make it seamless, we carefully matched the architectural shingles and aligned the new roofline so every pitch and level flowed naturally. Half-round details echoed the second-floor gable, while Roman-style columns framed the staircase, creating a grand, welcoming entrance. Not a makeover—an expansion of everything they already loved.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR
When we first met the Williams family, they simply wanted to fix a few practical issues — a narrow walkway and a leaking, unattractive gable above the garage. What followed was a full transformation. We corrected and redesigned the gable with trim, shake, and a trellis for added character. New Hampshire Stone elevated the first floor, while Straight Lap Mastic insulated siding in Wicker unified the home’s exterior. Decorative synthetic columns and a widened paved walkway completed the look. What began as repairs became a striking, cohesive home the Williams family is proud to call their own.

When we met the Rodriguez family, they had just purchased a home full of potential — but its dated white and blue exterior didn’t reflect their style. The structure had great bones; it simply needed to be brought into this century. We redesigned the home with warm, timeless tones — staining the brick red and installing Almond Mastic insulated siding in clean horizontal lap. Cedar shake gable accents, accordion wood trim, and updated window detailing added depth and character. Carriage-style insulated garage doors completed the transformation. When it was finished, Anthony joked he almost drove past the house because he didn’t recognize it. We’re proud to present the Rodriguez Residence — completely reimagined and unmistakably theirs.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR
When we met the Dwight family, they had just purchased their home in a wonderful neighborhood — but it hadn’t been updated since 1988. Julie shared memories of the home she grew up in and wanted to bring some of that character into this new space. We reimagined the exterior with detailed trim around the windows, doors, and corners, built a more functional porch, and added a picture window to brighten the entry. After removing the old aluminum siding, we discovered there was no vapor barrier or insulation — so we installed Mastic Insulated siding with Rain Drip Vapor Retard to improve comfort and efficiency. A custom fiberglass ProVia door became the finishing touch, tying everything together. What was once dated is now warm, efficient, and full of personality — a home that finally feels like theirs.
