DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR

When we met with the Nguyen Family they were tour between a tear down and a remodel. We started by tearing down their old aluminum siding and putting up Mastic Insulated Siding which would add insulation that was very needed. The design was two tone and shake siding as accents. The trim was also important to bring out the Craftsman. We replaced the original wooden windows with thermal windows that had Low-E and Argon gas with no grids. To give the elevation of the house a uniform look we did a cut out to install 4 windows rather than 2 upstairs.  When rebuilding the porch we replaced existing wood with synthetic trim board and installed a beautiful Provia grand entrance with storm door.

Bailey Family

When we met the Bailey Family we knew that we where getting into a very exciting and intricate project. They had clearly communicated with us that in the 20 years that they lived and raised their family in their home they had a exterior bucket list that they never got to. Amongst the most important included a grand entrance porch, new windows, architectural roofing, and most importantly a home that had character. We began first by building out the front porch where we created a grand entrance by creating a gable in the porch entrance with contemporary columns on each side. The column design followed through the porch area where it spanned a full length of 60' and extended out 8' which gave them enough room to enjoy the season with their 5 children. Once the porch was completed we build the 2 gables and 2 dormers to build the character and break up the square look. On the gable above the porch we bumped it out for architectural design by 3' and created a trellis like design with the trim ban board. We added dimension by installing cedar shingles in the gable areas. Once we tore off the old aluminum siding we replaced it with Insulated Mastic Vinyl siding. The following day the team of craftsman were finishing the build outs while we had another team re-roofing the house with Timberline HD architectural roofing system.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR

When we met the Nelson family we knew that we would make a work of art. The home was located in a beautiful community and was unlike some of our other projects, it was already remodeled and beautifull we just needed to add some elements of architecture. We first started off by picking a beautiful stone to veneer the first level of the home. Once we got the the main entrance we had to pour concrete to hold the weight of the 2 level exterior foyer we would create. Once the joist and ply were nailed in we began with veneering it. Once completed, we began the build out of a overhang over the door and metal roofed it. The trim around the windows and boards (freeze, fascia and trim) were color matched with the door. Then we moved along to installing the windows above the overhang where we created a cut out to add more light. When we built up the stairs we decided to use cedar wood construction. The exterior lights where the finishing touches on the stone columns and in both levels of overhang. We are proud to present to you the Nelson Residence.

Daniels Family

When we met the Daniels Family they were not our typical case study they had already replaced their windows, doors, siding and roof. So what else could we do? We built them a L shaped porch that extended their outdoor space. A few things were a must, they loved the design of the home and didn't want to sacrifice the look so we implemented similar designs. Once we tour down their stair way we built a deck with steel beam anchors that would hold the additional weight. Once the synthetic wood was placed we installed columns that would help holding the roofline which we had to find matching architectural shingles. When we built the roofline we made sure to line it properly for architectural purposes so that the split line was smoothened out and the levels flowed together. We decided to use half round to match the gable on the second floor, and to create a grand entrance we installed Roman like columns on either side of the stairway. We are proud to present to you the Daniel Residence.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR

When we met with the Henderson Family they wanted to take care of some practical issues. Amongst those were a paved walkway that was convenient and wider. The gabled space above their garage was leaking because the builder didn't fasten the siding currently and architecturally did't look pleasing to their eyes. Once we completed their project we flattened the gable area putting trim and shake design at the gable with a trellis above the garage area. We reinforced the look by applying New Hampshire Stone to the exterior of the white brick on the first floor. The whole home was sided with Straight Lap Mastic insulated siding color of Wicker and we replaced the columns with a synthetic decorative design. Once the whole home was sided, it truly looked like a work of art. Im proud to present the Henderson's Home.

When we met the Rodriguez family we knew that it would be a wonderful opportunity to build something great. Their home that they had just bought from an elderly couple that retired had truly aged with time it had white and blue siding and they were not about that like Anthony said. Therefore we began designing something unique, the home had a great elevation just needed to be brought into the same century. When we began working on it our design was around warm colors so we decided to stain the bricks red and accent the siding a Almond color with Mastic Insulated siding. we took the board and battens out and installed horizontal straight lap siding with gable accents. The accents where important as we had a accordion wood trim and window trim to match the color and style. We furthered the look by adding cedar shake in both gables and replacing the garage doors with carriage style insulated doors. When everything was done Anthony said he almost drove past the house because he couldn't recognize it. We are proud to present you with the Rodriguez Residence.

DESIGN BUILD EXTERIOR

When we met the Dwight Family they just purchased their home 3 months ago. It was in a great neighborhood but hadn't been remodeled since 1988. Once we began the design process Julie Dwight talked about the home she grew up in and wanted to implement some design features. When we started the work we implemented the trim designs around windows, doors and corner posts. We built a more functioning porch and a cut out picture window next to the door. The rails made out of synthetic wood. Once we tour off the aluminum siding we found no vapor barrier or insulation. The Mastic Insulated siding with RainDrip Vapor Retard solved the energy loss issues. Once we completed the siding and trim work, the next piece to the artwork was a custom made fiberglass Provia Door. Once the casing, door assembly and jamb where installed it truly looked like a completed project.
